Extraordinary General Shareholder’s Meeting will be held on January 25, 2010

November 05, 2009, the Board of Directors of Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development (MBRD) decided to hold the Extraordinary General Shareholder’s Meeting on January 25, 2010.
Agenda of the General Meeting was approved by the Board of Directors and the matters discussed shall be as follows:
- to define the rules of procedure for the General Meeting of Shareholders;
- to terminate early the powers of the Board of Directors’ members, MBRD;
- to elect members of the Board of Directors, MBRD;
- to amend the Policy on Remuneration and Compensation Package for the members of the Board of Directors, MBRD.
The List of Shareholders having the right to participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders was made as of November 03, 2010.
